Yee and his crew did a fantastic job on our floors. Our house looks brand new. I don’t want to put our rugs back down! They even repaired some damage caused by the refinishers we used 22 years ago, along with some pretty bad water damage in front of the kitchen sink. Very responsive communication as well. Highly recommend.

It's actually been about 2 years since we used Falcon Floor Service but I just got a Yelp account and wanted to leave feedback because of how happy we were with the result. Yee and his crew were on time, fast, professional and incredibly experienced. They do not mess around or waste time. You will be pleasantly surprised with how quickly they work and how awesome the result comes out. One warning (and this is probably true with any floor service) is that the coating they put on your floors will smell very bad and very strong for many days. Try to plan the job for a weekend when you can go away and make sure you let neighbors (in your same building) that there will be fumes. We didn't get any other quotes but the pricing was very fair for the quality of work. 5 stars all the way.

Yee does amazing work with floors. He has refinished floors for us and put beautiful new floors in as well. He is very honest about what he can and can't do with older floors. I have seen repair work he has done that matches the old floors perfectly. I have also recommended him to many of my clients and never heard any complaints.I trust him completely to do the job well and on time. He is a real professional.
