MARCOS and his crew areabsolutely the BEST construction team, my husband and I ever hired. They created a second bedroom in our townhouse in Back Bay. Marcos and his team listened to what our wishes were and delivered just that.They created a beautiful second bedroom , with a gorgeous walk in closet , adjusted electrical needs and many little tasks along the way. The paint job was magnificiant! Flawless work throughout this project! They covered all floors and worked very carefully and tidy!!Marcos always answed the phone when I had questions, and was soo accommodateing to any last minute changes. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIMEVery disappointed that we had to keep calling to schedule a visit for a quote. We had also exchanged several emails on the location of renovations with pictures.We finally scheduled a day for a home visit and were very excited but Leo Monteiro was a no-show. He did not even call later to explain. THEN he wanted to link up on Linked-In!!Very disappointed because we had such high hopes.

We used Everstand Construction on our Back Bay condo remodel last summer and cannot overstate how wonderful this company is to work with. We had extensive renovations including new kitchen, bath, new floors, doors, woodwork, built-in custom window seats, etc. The attention to detail and quality of their work is superior. Highly recommend!!
