I’ve been coming to Drybar Back Bay weekly for years and have always had great service — until today with stylist Jamaya. I specifically booked and confirmed with her twice, yet when I arrived she refused to take me, even after the front desk confirmed I was her client. No explanation, just blatant unprofessionalism. The front desk had to scramble to find me another stylist minutes before my maternity shoot. Completely unacceptable behavior from someone representing this brand.

I enjoy coming here. The place is clean and organized. Tatyana is fantastic and I get the best compliments. Mimi is friendly and kind. Nubia at the desk with Miranda make a great team. Thank you for the best blow out!
