They take great care in the cleaning process and always communicate any issues and they have a dedicated team for fashion items that need particular care. Staff is always friendly and greet us warmly.

The "style" service that is offered is A++. Each article that requires special care is returned in pristine condition. The staff at the store is lovely, professional and know how do handle the gamut. The best.

I am so happy with Dependable Cleaners on Newbury Street. I come weekly to drop off/pick up my dry cleaning, and I am so satisfied with how my clothes turn out every time. I also love the custom service Dependable provides. The ladies in the store know my name, and are very friendly. I recently broke my wrist and can't carry everything home, and they have been so accommodating with helping me make multiple trips back and forth to the store. Thank you Dependable!!
