Items were done on time. Had trouble finding my items (particularly the one I tailored) - wasn’t in any sort of bag. Charged me twice for an item (glad I asked for a receipt, made it sound like I was weird for doing so). After identifying the mistake, said that she could not refund me until a manager came in on Monday. So hoping I’ll get a call and some communication about it. But seems odd to make a mistake and not be able to refund you to rectify that mistake for multiple days.

What impressed me most was their honesty. I brought in a garment with a difficult stain, and they were upfront that they might not be able to restore it completely.
