WONDERFUL! I brought three blouses, two linen and one silk, to Crown (*at the request of every seamstress on Charles*) in order to have a new button hole created and a button put on each. She did it by hand and they are beautifully done! I'm a loyal customer now!

I brought in a pair of pants that had a bit too long of a hem that I bought the same day as the event I was planning on wearing them to. I went in to ask if she was able to do anything so that they wouldn't be dragging on the ground because I knew the turn around would be tight. She was able to beautifully hem the end to the perfect length which saved my outfit and my evening!

Hello Crown Cleaners. My fiancé has a friends wedding this weekend. We have been trying to contact the store for 2 days and after multiple visits with the store being closed with no sign, and unanswered phone calls, she is left without a dress. Please let us know if the store plans on opening today or tomorrow if possible. Thanks.
