Heather is a great instructor, with her jokes and upbeat attitude the class was a breeze. For those who gets lost easily, the meeting point is on the right side of the Blue Bottle shop of you face it. Also the classroom is very comfy with a great view of Boston. And, yes, there are bathrooms on the floor. Thank you.

I completed the BLS heartcode training with Jon! The certification was through the American Heart Association and I took one part of the class online followed by an in-person skills session. Jon was very helpful and the training was concise with plenty of opportunities for feedback! Would recommended this training to anyone who needs to become BLS certified!

Had to take this class to satisfy my employers requirement of having a current BLS. The video instructions to get to meeting area in the building was helpful, but could use an updated version d/t the new layouts d/t COVID. Jon was an effective instructor despite a larger class and having to adapt to social distancing practices. He did a good job facilitating the hands on skills despite the circumstances. Jon was also helpful when I called him on the phone about the class and was able to answer all my questions. Thanks again for all your help Jon!
