The staff and doctors are excellent! They're gentle and attentive. They take great care of my two cats, I always know they're in good hands. Just yesterday, one of my cats needed all of her teeth extracted and Dr Bradley gave me his personal number to reach him anytime I need to about my toothless baby's recovery. I had questions for him after hours and he called me back right away to answer them.
This is one of the best veterinary experiences I have experienced in the entire time I've had animals. I needed and emergency visit and they were magically able to fit me in same day. The entire staff is friendly, quick, and professional. Dr. Rosomg was very thorough and asked A LOT of questions. She could tell I was overwhelmed as a pet parent, and she also did a great job of breaking down the information she shared into manageable pieces and providing recommended steps of action. I am SO glad I made the switch from my old vet to Charlestown.
I have been taking my dog to Charlestown Vet for 11 years now. I experienced over 3 different doctors/management teams during that time, and I can tell you that most of the issues reported in prior reviews were under these previous teams. The group of staff currently working at and managing the clinic are fantastic. Dr. Rising, Dr. Conner, Erin, Justyne, and Julia are very knowledgable, helpful, attentive, and truly care about their furry patients and the owners. They will get to know you and your pet personally, and are happy to spend actual time with you discussing your pet's medical needs, rather than feeling like you're being rushed out the door.
