Martin is a miracle worker, I tell you! He was recommended to me by a friend after another company kept pushing back my appointment. I’ve had some truly awful tenants in the past—looked like they’d been ice skating on my hardwood floors, leaving deep, sharp gouges. I know I should’ve fixed it right away, but I waited a few years, which only made the damage worse. The hardwood floors are original and they’d already been sanded several times, so I thought they were beyond saving. Martin assured me there was still life left in them—and he was right. Martin (the owner) and Arthur did outstanding work. We are long time clients and have always appreciated the workmanship, reliability and responsiveness. Most recently we were faced with matching the color of an old floor with a newer one. They patiently prepared countless samples for me to choose from and the finished product was just right! Very professional and very nice.
