Everything came back just as I wanted and quickly within a week and a half, and my shoes were even polished and cleaned up. Just a shoutout for customer service! I called about getting a belt dyed. The gentleman was backed up and couldn’t do it, but he took the time to explain the process if I wanted to DIY.
