Jim was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He not only completed a foundation-to-roof inspection, he also provided very helpful advice for a potential new homeowner. He didn't sugar-coat anything, and he was very honest about the shortcomings of the building. Would use his services again!

Jim responded quickly to a tight deadline for inspection. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Really appreciated all the label tags on all the various valves. Also has a hilarious Instagram follow.
