I am so, SO sad that I moved out of Fetch's service radius. Sophie & the team took SUCH good care of my dogs, were very communicative and responsive with last-minute schedule changes, and always took the best pictures of their walks! I had two dogs that Fetch walked, and both began their time with Fetch (and me) as dog aggressive. While they'll never be cured of this problem completely, both of them made significant strides with dog-dog interactions because of the team's expert dog-handling skills, and I felt much more comfortable out walking with them as a result of the socialization they got on Fetch group walks. In the two times over the years that there was a mishap or miscommunication regarding a request or directions left for the walker, Sophie called me herself to clarify, apologize, and refund the service. I felt it was totally above and beyond and not at all necessary, but that's just how they roll! I miss Sophie and the rest of the team like crazy, and I 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a walker in the Roxbury/JP/Rozzie/Brookline area!! The combo of the pricing and peace of mind are just incomparable!

I feel so lucky to have found Boston Fetch. An incredible team of knowledgable and thoughtful dog lovers. I quickly felt confident my pup was safe and well taken care of. Really appreciate the flexibility in scheduling options. Love the thoughtful notes and pictures from each walk.

I cannot rate Boston Fetch highly enough. We have used them for the past two years as our dog walkers and sitters. The team at Boston Fetch is respectful, responsive, supportive, kind, trustworthy, and fair. Most importantly, they've treated our dogs like they are their own. They send a report after every walk with a map of the walk, a short comment about how it went, indicators of the dog's actions (pee, poop, water), and the BEST photos of the dogs - who always look so happy. While they most often walked around the neighborhood, James would sometimes go the extra mile and take the pups to Franklin Park for an extra special adventure. We trust Boston Fetch so much that we had James as our sitter for our 2 week honeymoon - during which we were often without service or otherwise not able to answer. We came back to two very happy and well-cared for pups! If you're looking for a dog walker in the JP area, stop looking and call Boston Fetch. You won't regret it!
