First visit at APDerm today—everything went well! From the moment I walked in the door, the women at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and the medical assistant was very professional. My provider, Suzy Amor, was excellent—warm, knowledgeable, efficient. I came in with multiple unrelated skin concerns, and Suzy took the time to address each issue in depth, with treatment options that considered my life circumstances and me as a person. I felt so seen and heard. I had one area biopsied and it was surprisingly quick & painless. Thank you to the entire team for the great care!
The care I received at this location was the best I’ve experienced. I had so many questions, talked their ear off, and they addressed every concern and inquiry with care and attention. Moving forward this will be my preferred Derm location.
Clear explanation of what is being treated and how. Progress on previous treatment. What's needed for ancillary issues like dry skin. More serious treatment not necessary but considered if it were. Being thorough and all encompassing including recent medical history. Making sure I have medication at home to ensure proper care. Reassurance that if there's an emergency please call.
