Great experience. I’m a physical therapist myself and in town for the Boston Marathon. Dr. Beneski corrected my SI joint alignment as I knew it needed addressed and also gave me great advice to address myself. He definitely knows what he is doing!
I seriously can't say enough good things about Dr. Beneski. I came in as a new patient with some pretty rough neck pain and a bunch of old injuries, and he took the time to really understand what was going on. He was super thorough, kind, and honestly just really good at what he does. I walked out feeling so much better—like, noticeably different. You can tell he really cares and knows his stuff. Just really grateful to have found him. If you're dealing with pain or anything like I was, go see him. Total game changer.
The only chiropractor that healed my life-defining neck pain (and I've been to 4-5 of them). They also give you the best Sanctband possible to try [which gives WAY more range of motion than standard therabands], and have extra tools (like decompressors) for more advanced cases that I could not find anywhere else. Also they have a comfy massage chair at the outset. Also the chiropractor answered a lot of my questions that other chiros couldn't answer
