Very unsolicited with my Bank of America customer service phone call, no response or no answer the phone call. I have placed a call to five different banks within the Boston area including Boston headquarters, and the only thing I was the robot operator or i got disconnected. As a retired employee whom is also a full customer with no customer service at all.When I was working in the same building as you are, our customers supported was a top priority, no customer calls were dropped or disconnected.
