I can't believe my most glowing review on Yelp is for a CPA! But unbelievably good customer service comes in many forms and when you get it, I feel it should be recognized... I live in LOs Angeles but I needed a CPA for my elderly parents who live in Boston. It was an urgent, last minute request. Jeff Richards answered my call and he was incredibly helpful. I won't go into all that needed to be done and why, but let me say that he and his wonderfully helpful staff went above and beyond the call of duty. The cost was incredibly reasonable and my parents are now in good hands moving forward. To Jeff and his staff, thank you. For everybody else that needs CPA/ Financial help, look no further. Not only are they good at what they do, but they are good, reliable people. And that's a rare thing these days.
