    I am almost halfway through Chris’s 16-week body recomposition program and already seeing amazing results. I am not new to working out or weight loss but couldn't seem to stay disciplined and consistent on my own.

    I recently completed Chris’s 16 week body recomposition program and achieved amazing results. Chris’s program was well suited to my busy lifestyle and provides a fair and balanced approach that makes it easy to stay consistent. On top of that, Chris’s positive attitude and vast knowledge of fitness and nutrition are deeply valuable to helping develop lifelong habits. I would recommend the program to anyone who knows how to workout but is struggling with consistency, this program will get you on the right track.
