The counter attendants are described as extremely nice and genuinely helpful, able to remove stubborn stains that other dry cleaners couldn't. Customers appreciate the efficient turnaround time and notifications when their items are ready for pickup. While the services are a bit pricey, especially compared to some New York City dry cleaners, customers find the quality of the dry cleaning and shirt laundering to be good. The staff at the Charles Street store are praised for being polite, professional, and efficient, and customers enjoy the convenience of receiving text messages when their items are ready.
We love our friendly neighborhood standout, Anton's Cleaners. In addition to providing excellent cleaning results, we appreciate the warm welcome of all behind the desk each time we come in. This creates an atmosphere of kindness which we all need, not just efficiency.

It's nice to see the bar raised on service at the Charles Street store of Anton's Cleaners. VIP Express makes drop-off and pick-up a pleasure.The quality of Anton's dry cleaning and shirt laundering is good. Anton's prices are very expensive, in line with other dry cleaners in the Boston area, BUT, very expensive. I don't understand why pricing (for dry cleaning and shirt laundering) at some of New York City's best dry cleaners, in Manhattan, is 30% less than Anton's? 30% less than Anton's! (I don't get it, as the cost of doing business in Manhattan, is so much MORE EXPENSIVE THAN doing business in BOSTON).The current staff at the Charles Street store are polite, professional, and efficient.I appreciate receiving a text message when our dry cleaning arrives at the Charles Street store.
