This time, Kya (?) the mgr, assisted during my visit. She was awesome: knowledgeable about fabrics, detailing on clothing, etc - efficient and went the extra mile to assist. I could not be more satisfied.

The customer service was beyond my expectations when I entered for the first time. And I don't care where I live, I will and only give my dresses there. My recommendation is for the business to open more wishing sites in Boston.Thanks.

I brought in a few dresses- one being a bridal dress that had tough stains on it. I didn’t think they’d be able to get the stains out but the dress looks as good as new! 10/10 recommend
