Can’t say enough about American dry cleaners. Kim is lovely and I’ve had this spot. Do my laundry multiple dresses corrected straps and dry cleaning wool coat which now looks brand new they go above and beyond!

I brought in a pair of pants for alteration and specifically asked for it to be taken in slightly. Unfortunately, the result was overly tight to the point that I couldn’t wear it. I had planned to wear it to an important conference, and it was very disappointing not to be able to. When I returned to ask for a refund or correction, the tailor refused to offer a refund and only agreed to redo the work. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I expected more accountability and customer care. I left feeling disappointed and won’t be returning. *Update: they redid it and I did not like, so they refunded my money.

I've used this business for clothing alterations several times and, unfortunately, I don't think I can ever come back; It is overpriced AND, most recently, they did a sloppy job and made my jeans much smaller than agreed upon!!!!Service: Clothing alterations & repairs
