American Dry Cleaners is a friendly business known for good customer service. They do dry cleaning, including wool coats and duvets, with the results often looking like new. The staff go above and beyond, and prices are reasonable for some services. However, some customers have experienced issues with clothing alterations, including mistakes and higher prices. Can’t say enough about American dry cleaners. Kim is lovely and I’ve had this spot. Do my laundry multiple dresses corrected straps and dry cleaning wool coat which now looks brand new they go above and beyond!
I've used this business for clothing alterations several times and, unfortunately, I don't think I can ever come back; It is overpriced AND, most recently, they did a sloppy job and made my jeans much smaller than agreed upon!!!!Service: Clothing alterations & repairs
I rarely dry clean but we had a duvet that needed cleaning. $40 to dry clean a king duvet was a good deal and it came back like new. The owner was very kind and it was done on time with no issues.
