This was my first time going to A-1 Barbershop. I did not have an appointment, but was able to get a cut still. I went in for a fade and a lineup for my beard. Even though the guy didn't speak much English we were able to communicate easily through a translation app on my phone. I highly recommend this place if you want to get your haircut done with precision.

Walked into here in August while waiting for my GF to get out of work. Everyone was very friendly and the shop although dated was clean. Besides I care more about what I look like after a haircut than what the shop looks like. I was the only white guy there but I figured a barber is a barber. I got the best haircut of my life! The barber by the window did a real nice job, wasn't in a hurry and clipped and trimmed me to perfection. I was so pleased I take a ride into Boston once a month to get my haircut here. I would recommend this shop to anyone regardless of ethnic origin.
