Technician came to change my whole house filter and do annual service on my backwash filter. He ran into a glitch with a finicky part but was persistent and resolved the issue before he left. Safe Well is always reliable, professional and responsive. Very pleased with their service.
Very good service call from SafeWell. Sean was here a little before 10:00AM schedule. He explained what he was going to do before and went over what he found (system was working just fine) when he was done. Total service time was about 45 minutes.
