Gill was absolutely amazing. Even though it was last minute he was able to accommodate my request and come by same day to get the AC fixed. He was very helpful and knew what he was doing. Warrior Heating & Cooling did a wonderful job installing my new thermostat. Gill was very professional and pleasant. He showed up on time and had the thermostat installed in about 20 minutes. Showed me how it works and all the details. He was kind enough to check my furnace filter. He found it was put in backwards and installed a brand new filter he had in his truck. I will keep in mind for future furnace/air conditioning work.

Amazing service. Came quickly. Took the time to explain what's the situation was. For us it was a bad capacitor that failed on our ancient central air system. In and out repair done in 15 minutes. When I asked him about upgrading the system to mini splits, he didn't give me a hard sell but told me about to read up on what mass save rebates I might be eligible for and then he can discuss how to navigate that to make sure we get the most out of anything we decide to do in the future. 1000/10 will hire again and be my go to for any HVAC related issues.
