Not only did she listen to exactly what I wanted, she was so beyond patient and understanding. I was nervous because I have had poor alterations done in the past, but she eased my concerns and assured me she would be able to achieve the look I was going for. Lapel's shoe repair person only comes 1x a week, so be prepared to leave your shoes for 2 weeks, but the work was amazing! For $40 my black suede boots look like new! New heels, soles, brushed and cleaned. Totally worth it. Easy drop off and pick up. I'll definitely use them again.“
