Deserves a whole new shape, not even a “zero” star - main person who works there is an elderly man who screams at you and physically nudges you to pick a color in seconds even with the shop is empty with no line, rough with nailpolish removing and cut me twice or thrice, does not apologize and water for pedicure is too warm, no sanitization, uses wrong color and I was so afraid they’d hurt me that I just let them use the wrong color. So rude. I hope this place goes out of business and these people are met with severe legal consequences. Never coming back here again. Listen, there are nail salons all over the Billerica area. I'm not one to leave reviews but I specifically made a Yelp account so that I could leave one. I had a pedicure there the other day and within 24 hours my toe blew up and became inflamed and infected. Not sure if they just aren't cleaning their tools properly... but I would not go here!

DON’T GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!!!DO NOT RECOMMEND!YOU ARE BETTER OFF DOING YOUR OWN NAILS!The guy who did my sister nails was rough, he glued the acrylic nail on top of my sister finger/cuticle or you could still see her real nails, the nails were crooked, under the nail there was left over material , the nails were lifting up, it looked like an airplane departing from an airport and they were almost 1mm thick. I asked if they could do little flowers on 2 nails and they said yes but the end result was so bad that they didn’t even look like flowers.
