I used to love this place and thought it was the best nail salon in Billerica. Super sweet people. I don't know what changed, maybe staffing issues but I have gone 3 times in the past two months during their open hours, and despite having a sign that says \\\"Walk-ins Welcome\\\", no one was there. Doors locked, lights off, no one answered the phone. I finally got ahold of someone on the phone and made an appt for 3pm for a fill on my acrylics. Got there at 3 and there was 1 nail tech, not even half way done with the person in her chair. I waited 45 minutes because I was there already and didn't want to go somewhere else. Place is nice and clean. I did it with Ann and i felt it was kind a rushed to finish it. Last time i did it with Elizabeth. She really takes the time to do everything without rush. And does a good job. Would go back only with Elizabeth next time
