I saw Rosie 8 weeks ago for the most beautiful set of powder brows, and went for my follow up appointment today.
I still can't get over how much time and care she took, explaining the process and making sure I was happy and comfortable every step of the way.
Rosie is the 3rd person I have seen for work on my brows...and she is BY FAR the best!!!

I cannot recommend Rosie enough for microblading! I came in with previous work from another artist, and I was nervous about whether it could be corrected or improved. Rosie handled it with total confidence and the results are absolutely beautiful.
Beyond her obvious talent, she is incredibly well-qualified with extensive training, which made me feel like I was in great hands. Her studio is extremely clean, and she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I’m not someone who ever leaves negative reviews, but the way this situation was handled genuinely shocked me.
I have been a client here for almost four years and reached out today to make an appointment. I was told via text that they could no longer accept me as a client because I had exceeded their maximum of two cancellations. They listed the dates, which were two in 2023, three in 2024, and two in 2025.
I am always extremely mindful of cancellation policies and have always canceled within their allowed window. What was never clear to me is that this appears to be a lifetime maximum of two cancellations total- i was completely unaware of this and have never encountered anything like this elsewhere.
The dismissive tone and lack of conversation or warning overshadowed what had otherwise been pleasant experiences over the years. While I am disappointed by how this was handled, I will say they are talented and do good work.
That said, I have now been dismissed as a client. Unfortunately, they have also lost several referrals, as friends who originally went here based on my recommendation will no longer be going.

I went for my first ever eyebrows microblading my first ever lash lift & it was amazing! it was relaxing from start to finish, highly recommend if you want your eyebrows look naturally thicker and in shape and lashes to look nice & uplifted!!! Rosie did my eyebrows microblading & im always skeptical of who does them and she was amazing’l! she listened to my concerns about my eyebrows and made them look even! i know they’re not supposed to be twins but they look like it! overall highly recommend they are all very sweet & caring!10/10
