The dogs are well cared for and everything is handled with a lot of attention and patience. Gail is knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely cares about the dogs she works with. You can tell she puts real effort into making sure both the grooming and training are done right. Would definitely recommend.

Gail is amazing with our 90 lb German Shepherd! She always comes out looking great—even though she won’t let us clip her nails or groom her at home. Gail spoils her, loves her, and handles her with so much patience and care every time!

Gail is the best she does such a great job. I have been going to Gail for over 20 years and always have at least 3 dogs that I bring at on time. She is so accommodating. Gails staff is always so kind. I have no worries when they are in Gails hands.
