I just wanted to say thank you to Melissa for all of her help with my Doberman on Monday. Melissa was helpful, understanding and polite but that’s not what stood out to me. What I am truly grateful for is the time Melissa took to listen!. As someone who works with the public everyday and knows the importance of listening to people when they have a problem, I can’t say thank you enough for her understanding and patience! I tried to be as short and concise as possible while speaking about my dogs symptoms but I know I went on a little to long about them as most pet owners tend to do when their pet isn’t feeling well but Melissa never interrupted me or cut me off while I was talking and was only focused on the best way to help my Doberman. Thank you again Melissa for reminding me that there are still amazing people like yourself out there. Your kindness and understanding meant more than you know!

Doctor Goldstein was awesome! He quickly realized the significance of our dog’s injury and arranged for us to be seen at an Emergency Vet Hospital so our dog could have surgery. He has always been very kind to us and our dog. We have been going to Billerica Veterinary Hospital for almost 3 years now. We have seen every Doctor. They are all awesome. And the reception staff and Ver techs are the best.

We had an excellent experience here. First visit for my son's kitty since we adopted him from the shelter. Professional, cheerful, responsive front desk, kind and caring vet tech, helpful vet. Very easy to set up appointment online. Lovely welcome bag for our first visit. Highly recommend.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. My 11 week old 4.6 pound puppy got the runs Tuesday very watery and loose so I IMMEDIATELY made an appointment at 8:30 am the next am for him to be seen when I realized it wasn’t just an “off” bum. I was assured by the doctor that if anything came back in the fecal test they would call me the next day. I paid for an appointment, test and bought the recommended probiotic in office for $273. I gave it to him Wednesday as directed and waited. When I didn’t hear anything Thursday at 4pm I called the office and was told bc that Dr was “off today, he will probably reach out to you tomorrow.. but yes he’s positive for worms”. Oh- cool so although the doc said I’d be told today and he knew he was out no one cared my puppy will suffer- got it. NEVER WILL I STEP FOOT IN THAT OFFICE AGAIN!!!! Clearly it’s about money and not the health of the animals!!!
