Liz is absolutely amazing. My mom has been going to her for years for therapeutic massages and I was lucky enough to have a session with her myself. She walks you through every step and even explains how your body (muscles and allignment) truly is along with ways to correct. The studio is welcoming and calming. Highly recommended!!!

Liz is, by far, the most knowledgeable and effective massage therapist I've ever been to! She quickly hones in and focuses on my problem areas and gives tips on stretches and poses that can help between visits.

I go to Liz's Monday night class and I love it. I always feel great after going and have a clearer head. The atmosphere is great, the other students are all so nice and the facility is clean and calming.
