Melrose office closed without notice, with no forwarding address to UPS.
My husband has been waiting for his new prescription since JAN 2024
He paid for half the glasses and they billed his insurance
No returns from phone calls
Have visited the Beverly office twice with no one there ( went when the website said they were open) Left a note at Nicks next store
She called back once saying the glasses will be here in 7-10 days, that was in June
No response to the 2nd note
All he wants is a copy of his prescription and his money back from insurance and what he put down…he is ignored

Hard for me to understand that some of these reviews are talking about the same place that I've experienced . It will be 10 weeks this Monday since I had my eye exam and was fitted for my glasses . At the 4 week mark I called left a message and received no reply . I then called 6 more times . Sometimes they said they were closed and would get back to me (they didn't) sometimes these were times that were posted as open online. Other times it said they were with a patient and would get back to me they didn't There hours seem to be whatever they feel like . This week they were closed Monday open Tueday 2 to 6 closed Wed and Thursday Friday 2 to 6 and today Saturday they opened at 3:30 and now it's 4:46 and online says closing soon open Tuesday at 2 pm . Finally I've had to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission , the consumer division of the Mass Attorney General's office , and the customer service of my insurance company . I'm not exaggerating when I say this is my worst experience with a business

ordered glasses March 11 now May 6th have not heard anything from them 6 phone calls to answering service no return call . Call during hours listed on web phone says closed . They have very limited hours . and even more limited customer service.
