My friend got 2 bad haircuts from Natalie. We went in today to ask for a fix. Jesse did an amazing job listening to exactly what my friend wanted, taking her time and never making my friend feel bad because he was unhappy. Bonus, Jesse has Studio Ghibli stickers on her station! Thanks Jesse...we'll be back for sure!Service: Haircut

Lyndsay was my hair stylist and also the person who washed my hair. She was friendly & efficient. I had long straight hair that I was beginning to feel bored with and was basically wearing it in a pony tail everyday! I gave Lyndsay permission to change it up & literally said, "Chop it all off!!!" LOL. Well, she ended up cutting off about 6 inches! Gave me layers, & trimmed my bangs. 4 weeks later, it still looks good. It is growing out nicely which is a good sign of a good hair cut. :) Thank you Lyndsay. I will be back!Services: Blowdry

I walked in and had only a 5 minute wait. Natalie asked me what I wanted. She cut my hair exactly as I asked her to. I found her to be pleasant and upbeat. She did a great job!Service: Haircut
