We reached out to Pat and the team about a year before we started our full basement finish and we are so happy we did! From the beginning of the planning phase all the way through to the last few details they were fantastic. Pat was upfront with pricing, process and timeline expectations (project was finished early too!). Fred keeps you constantly updated during construction and with what to expect with the sub contractors. Aimee was a joy to work with on helping us pick out finishes and design touches. Ken is a true master of his craft on the stairs and with all the detail carpentry. We also couldn't have felt more confident knowing that Dan was down there overseeing the day to day and constantly kept us at a calm ease. Would highly recommend the Godfrey Design-Build team for any project big or small.
Pat and his team did such an excellent job with the remodel of our basement!!! We wanted to expand space in our house and in dire need of help. Pat made the process so easy and knew exactly what to do. It’s amazing to see someone create nothing into something great. They followed all safety protocols and we felt safe as well. the project manager was really accommodating always asking us what we wanted and what he was doing. We felt like he always kept us in the project and didn’t just leave us behind. We now have a new entertainment area for guests and a quiet place where my son can unwind and relax. Most of all it elevated the value of our house. Thank you to pat and all the team members!!
