I've had many IT services work with me SINCE 1995 and I don't have many good things to say about ANY of them and Essex IT Solutions is the exception. The owner, Gazi, came out on Saturday as I was having issues with my iPhone and IPad. He was like a doctor, only better because he fixed the problem. He asked great questions, did not just dive-in like most do to milk-the-clock and after a back and forth of detailed questions and answers, went directly to the root of the problem and signed, sealed, and delivered. He was also a great guy and I enjoyed working with him. I highly recommend Essex It Solutions and have finally found an IT company I can trust and depend on. My wife used them before me and was equally impressed. THANK YOU!
