A warm and welcoming atmosphere with friendly and cheery stylists. I am really happy with the work that they did with my hair. They do a really great job at replicating pictures. My hair has never looked better, I will definitely be returning.
GREAT PLACE FOR CHILDREN! My daughter's first haircut was with Jeanne, and she made the whole experience fun. She has a kids booster and is very aware of small size bodies and how to make the hair washing and cut comfortable. My daughter even received a "My first haircut" certificate and a cute braid with a stylish hairclip on top of the cut. As to the cut itself, my daughter received a lot of compliments and I was very happy with it. It was a short, pixie-like haircut but we did not want her to look boyish. Jeanne did a great job, and her warm personality is so welcoming. I go to Cutting Edge myself and have never been unhappy with a cut. She's always willing to work with me on getting the length and look just right. She is accommodating to my preferences about using cool water temperature, air drying, using scissors rather than a razor on my sensitive scalp, and avoiding the scented powder she uses on the neck brush. I also love her products and often buy a bottle of SOMA leave-in spray conditioner. I recently tried some PRIVE dry shampoo and liked that as well. Overall, a fantastic customer experience for all ages.
