So difficult to get through to them. Today, the phone system wouldn’t work. On other days, I got through, but no one picked up the phone; I left a message several times, and no one called back. 3 referrals had to be sent by the nurse in the doctor’s office before they agreed that they received the referral. The aide is wonderful but the office is frustrating!

I've been caring for the elderly for many years. I would not use this company to care for anyone in my family.
