Trinity Irrigation has been taking care of my home’s sprinkler system, and they’ve been outstanding. They’re incredibly responsive and always seem available when you need them, which is rare these days.

What really stands out is their honesty and approach to repairs. They consistently look for the most cost-effective solution instead of pushing unnecessary work, which I really appreciate.

They’re also on top of everything seasonally. I never have to remember when it’s time to start up or shut down the system because they’re already reaching out.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellent customer service and professionalism of Trinity team members, Dawn and Michelle in scheduling, and the gentleman who performed the winterization on my property. Due to unexpected sewer work taking place within the property line by the city, the scheduled winterization of the irrigation system needed to be completed within 2 days. Dawn worked with the team to ensure this was done and the gentleman was on my property before 7:30 a.m. which I’m sure is before the normal work day. He did an outstanding job!
