I hired New Horizon Home Experts to replace my flat rubber roofs in Boston. Though the weather delayed our projected start date, I never worried because Sammy was in constant communication with me. The bid was thorough and detailed all materials and methods. The crew members were extremely punctual, professional and respectful. They completed everything in 2 days and upon completion, the crew cleaned up so well, you would never have known they were there. My roofs are beautiful and they were immediately put to the test with a nor’easter - No leaks and my new gutters and downspouts effectively shed water away from the house. I can’t recommend them enough!
