I’ve been renting here almost a year now and absolutely love it! I really appreciate the atmosphere and community. The space is updated and clean and full of wonderful small business owners! Management is responsive and helpful, and as a family-owned business it’s much easier to get in touch. Not to mention the free parking lot!
Opening up our own business was a huge and courageous decision in our careers but leasing our space at Salon Suites Belmont made it so easy. From the moment we took our tour we felt so at home, the vibe was so fantastic. From the clean move in ready spaces, the layouts that have stylists in mind and the comfortable setting my clients appreciate - we knew it was a good fit.
We have now been in our space for four months and it was the best decision we made for ourselves and our business. I’ve been renting my Salon Suite for almost 2 years now. My sister & I love our space, the easy access of our building, fair rent, and our landlords: the DiGiovanni’s! The communal space is super clean, and decorated tastefully. We love our suite neighbors, which gives us a great sense of community throughout the building. I’d 100% recommend renting!
