Customers are highly satisfied with Crystal Rock's delivery service. The drivers are described as amazing, proactive, and doing a really great job. They are reliable, always delivering on the scheduled day and remembering any special requests, such as leaving the bottles in a specific spot. Customers appreciate the drivers' pleasant personalities and the convenience of no longer having to deal with many plastic bottles.
We've been waiting over a month for our delivery service (not to mention this is the hottest week of the year) and have 9 empty bottles that have not been picked up. This company canceled our last service without notifying us and it's impossible reach customer service (plus the chat bot on Primo's website doesn't work). Do not use this water service.
No stars, We use Primo and we have as of late been having the worst experience. customer service is hours on hold only to be read a script of apologies and no solutions. primo did not acknowledge that I needed my delivery the had been pushed back 2 different times in the scorching heat.. they do not call back or willing to speak to their customers. looking for a new place to do business
I have experienced significant dissatisfaction with the customer service provided by this company. They have failed to make several scheduled deliveries and have not collected my empty bottles and dispenser after I terminated my account due to inadequate service. Despite arranging five separate pickups, they have missed all of them. I have contacted customer service daily to confirm the pickup schedule, and I am consistently informed that the collection will occur between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Regrettably, after 12 days, no collection has taken place.
