Very nice, modern facility
Client waiting area is large and airy.
Lots of glass and 5 chairs.
Must have an appointment so it cuts down on wait times.
Generally all the stylists are very friendly.
They bring their own voientel so there is someone available for each person who walks in.
Only issue, and it's tiny.
The woman at the desk near the door was not very friendly and did not greet me when I walked in.
As it was my first time, I expected a bit more.
If you need a great stylist, Jay is who to make an appointment with.

Zohreh is a Master Stylist and colorist with over 30 years of experience. She took care my hair for over 15 years, when I lived in Watertown. She is a true professional and I highly recommend her!

Barbara was awesome! I have fairly thick and coarse hair and she was able to handle trimming it and helping me get rid of my dead ends! Super conveniently located, and I felt as though pricing was reasonable for the services and experience these people bring when taking care of your hair. If you are a Bentley student with some extra cash on hand, I'd recommend coming here using the Harvard shuttle and grocery shopping at the Star Market nearby until the shuttle comes back.
