“The tax preparer that my parents used for many years passed away. They are both in their eighties and we're unsure how to go about finding someone new. They were nervous about someone new and as a result procrastinated until the last minute. H&R Block was an option, butt their reviews were terrible. While looking at H&R Block online Superior Tax Service appeared on my mom's computer screen . She called me and asked what I thought. I told her that it could never hurt to call. She called them and although it was literally days before 15 April, he made an exception for them and agreed to look at their tax information. Three hours later their returns were filed and they received a refund for the first time in many years. My parents feel so grateful and can't say enough about just how nice it was that an exception was made for them. The name Superior Tax Service was chosen for a reason and my parents are so happy that good people still exist.“
