I have had my system for ten years. Mass Renewables installed it and has maintained it for the whole time, and I have been dealing with the same people all along. I have a solar tracker unit, and a handful of times have had issues with it. Jeff Herman and his team have always been responsive, and addressed all issues quickly and at no cost to me. The crew is friendly and explains all work that is being done. Communication is excellent.
I could not have asked for a better experience. If you are considering solar, just know that this is an experienced team that stands behind what they sell.

Professional and had great communication throughout the process. The install went smoothly and the people who did the installation were great! They even cut away some branches from the back of the house that were close to the roof. I highly recommend. I am considering adding a battery later and if I do that I will use this company.

I had Mass Renewables install my 7KW system in 2016, the panels were guaranteed for 25 years and the invert for 12 or so. Dianne suggested I pay slightly more and pay kinda like an insurance premium and have the inverter guaranteed for the same amount of time as my panels. Thank you Dianne! I’m in year 9 and my inverter failed and Mass Renewables came out and changed out the inverter for the price of a service call and they installed a free replacement inverter from my “insurance policy” Charles M
