I found my way to the this LensCrafters after a not-so-great apptmt at a different LC location. David and Rhonda helped me resolve things with ease, and a little humor! My glasses were ready much earlier than expected, however I quickly discovered an issue with one of the lenses. Over the course of the next week I met nearly every member of the staff at this store as we worked to resolve this. Very nice place. David helped me with my sunglasses and it was probably the best lens-related(?) experience I've ever had. He's really attentive and has a great eye for detail. Ask for him if you can!

I’ve been here twice and it’s been a great experience both times! They take the time to help you find the best fitting frames, and take care to measure for your precise alignment for the lenses - while ensuring your prescription is accurately entered for the order. Very friendly and patient. Would 100% recommend. Rhonda and David both helped me today, and I remembered Richard from my first pair about 2 years back. Note that I already had a prescription and did not get an eye exam.
