“Vanguard has replaced the flat roofs on three large multi-family buildings for in in the last two years, and they are currently working on a fourth. I expect they may do a fifth this coming summer also. UPDATE: before and after pictures included (one with dumpster in driveway is after). Roberts Roofs did a spectacular job. Super systematic, got the job done in less than a day and the yard was pretty spotless afterward. Brian, one of their top guys, was amazing to work with, was on-site during the project and ensured a five star roof replacement, which included replacing a good deal of plywood. Just an all-around wonderful experience. The building inspector commented that they’ve never had any issues with Roberts Roofs, which is a wonderful testimonial and only further illustrates that we made the right choice. I highly endorse this company.“
