Awesome family shop! Brought my dead laptop for service and although they were unable to revive it, they were very nice about it. The son gave my 11 yr old a 3D printed figure that he made and it made his day! Highly recommend.
I am so impressed with this business. I have been to John Alix in the past to tune up my Mac, get a new battery for it and with general computer questions. He’s always very patient and thorough. I needed help preparing a photo presentation for last night for a special occasion. He walked me through all the steps, squeezed in my job even though it was last minute and he was very busy. It came out great. I highly recommend Alix & Son Computers.
I dropped my PC tower off at the store for repairs. It had not run correctly in years. They cleaned out all the malware and re-organized the computer. John brought it back to the house, plugged it in and went through everything with me to be sure I understood what he had done. It runs perfectly now. Very happy with the service and the pricing.
