I ordered 6 packages of bees from Autumn Morning Farm. They arrived on time and I picked them up on March 25.Because of bad weather, I stored the packages in my basement for 2 days. The weather was a little better on the 27th, so we installed them. I couldn’t believe how many bees were in those boxes! I fed them for 5 days before opening them to check. Today was the 5th day. Every queen has been released. The workers are building comb like crazy! I am very happy with my purchase and will recommend Autumn Morning Farm in the future

Im glad that I got bees locally this year. It was super easy to pick my package up, the Varoa mite resistant queen is clearly marked and doing well after just 2 weeks. Already significantly established in their new hive which had no prexisting combs.

I called George looking for a replacement queen for one I lost. He asked me some questions and was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Then, because my hive was struggling so much, he sent a queen overnight. She is safe and warm and will be installed today, hopefully saving my hive. This is someone who really cares about bees and supporting other beekeepers, and I am very grateful to have found him!
