“I would just like to say; I’ve have not had a true customer service experience like I had 10/3/2024, in a very long time; after living in Europe for the last 12 years; and being in the customer service world for years, and being Quality Control and Customer Service trainer for the Army; I have to say this establishment was 10 ? rating level, in my profession. But one of the associates who makes this floral company top tier, is Sales Associate Gretchen; the young lady has not only design skills, but messaging skills for those that are lost for words. Example, I had no visual clue of what I wanted, only my verbal vision; well she took that and created, not only my floral arrangement but also my message. My recipient for the flowers was overly happy with the whole arrangement.
