The salon is large, spacious, stylish, organized, very clean, bright, and inviting. The equipment is either new or looks new. It feels very much like a professional salon because it is. The owner Clau, is very sweet and enthusiastic about her profession. She listens to your haircut preferences and explains what can be done to match them. Her staff are younger women that are quiet but wonderfully gentle when washing my hair -- it feels amazing! I go there for a shampoo and short haircut every couple of months and usually spend around $40 total. I am so grateful to find this place and these people! Highly recommend!

I Had a great experience at Claus Salon usually have my hair done on Newbury Street and heard she did a great Brazilian blowout decided to go while visiting the Cape and was so Happy I did my hair looks amazing!

I 'found' Clau's approximately 5 years ago...THEY SAVED ME !!! I had over-done, over-processed my hair for so long...Clau and her staff took the time to FIX EVERYTHING...Properly, Patiently and Honestly...NEVER Over-Charged...NEVER 'tried to sell' extras - just CARE & TALENT. I am very grateful.
