I was on a Bachlorette trip for 2 of my friends and a bunch of us decided to get tattoos last minute. They were accommodating and Chris was one of the best tattoo artists I’ve had. I was nervous about getting a tattoo on my rib and he continued to reassure me. My tattoo didn’t hurt one bit because of the way he did it and the detail on it is great. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to my friends in MA.

I was so pleased with the customer service at Black Pearl and had such a good experience there. Even though I was so nervous about getting my navel pierced, Devon made me feel so comfortable and made the process so easy. It was literally over before I knew it. He explained what was to be done,sterilized everything before using and ensured that ALL my questions were answered before he did the piercing. After it was completed he went through aftercare with me so that I’d have a smooth healing process. I also got a paper with after care steps and the contact info for the shop just in case I had more questions. Definitely going back for another piercing!!

The best piercing experience I’ve ever had was at this place. Devon has such an amazing personality and made me feel comfortable! I don’t know how he managed to make the piercing painless but he did it and it came out super cute☺️
